Farshad, Russ, AliReza, Sajad & Mo are the Best trainers I have ever had. Laeya I don’t see you much but still you are amazing. This team us work hard even when we don’t feel like it. They push us to go the extra steps and always make sure we are doing the right exercises so we do not hurt ourselves. There is no escape even if you forget your shoes 🙂 they still find a way to give you a proper training 🙂 Farshad, Russ and Mo are an amazing team 🙂 with their fantastic music selections 😉 Sajad you are very Knowledgeable, I learned so much from you. This is not a gym. This is an incredible community of people all supporting each other and working toward self betterment. I made beautiful friendships here, and they are now leaving the gym to enter life positively. The trainers are incredible all of them, but in particular Sajjid, Jenny, Katya, Nick, Samantha, & Maria. The management is great. This really is about community more than anything else, and about a shared love for fun, strength and each other.

Working out was usually a drag but knowing this is going to be my workout excites me!! You get so much out of your 45 minutes its crazy.
